Description
1. DTCL-1309MN is our latest high-precision Mixed laser cutting machine, can cut meta such as
stainless steel, carbon steel; also can cut non-metal such as acrylic, mdf.
2. Mechanical systems: use high-precision Taiwan TBI Ball Screw(replace common belt transmission, more stable and higher precision) and Taiwan hiwin square guide
rail matched transmission, like cnc router, for one, machine more stable, for another, cutting precision higher;
3. X, Y axes transmission uses split design, which are an excellent solution for the reduction of cutting precision
compared with the traditional laser cutting machine, whose cutting path becomes more smoother.
4. Excellent electrical system design: advanced Real-time embedded DSP laser cutting control system, run faster,
and speed automatically matches the laser intensity, the effect of cutting comes to achieve the perfect consistency.
5. Imported high-precision optical system: USA Ⅱ - Ⅵ high-performance optical Reflective Mirror and Focus Lens,
which is a substantial increase in the efficiency of light reflection and focusing effect, greatly improved the efficiency
of laser energy control and cutpieces’ quality and class.
6. Control system: high-speed DSP real-time motion control system(Leetro MPC6565 control system, support offline work)
+ laser head’s automatic height-control system, make operation quite easy and convenient.
7. Servo system: adopt Japan panasonice servo motors and drivers, ensure highest cutting quality.
