Main Features
DTCL-MN(C) machine is a mixing cutting machine, specialized in cutting stainless steel, carbon
steel, MDF and acrylic.
1. High efficiency: The cutting speed of 1mm stainless steel is 1800 mm/min.
20mm acrylic with perfect cutting quality.
2. DTCL-MN(C) machine is matched with the Japan Panasonic Servo System and high precision
Taiwan TBI ball-screw system to ensure the high precision, stable running and long-operation.
3. Fixed beam optical system: The laser beam is expanding, so the bigger the working area is,
the more difficult the machine is to get the same cutting quality over the whole working area.
The fixed beam optical system can guarantee the consistent beam power and quality over the
whole working area so that the machine can get the same cutting quality.
4. Transmission: Taiwan TBI ball screw and Taiwan HIWIN square guide rail, more stable than
common laser machine with belt.
5. USA original Ⅱ - Ⅵ reflective mirrors and focus lens, with quite high cutting precision and
best quality;
6. Off-computer controlling system: Leetro MPC6565 control system with automatic height-control system, can ensure stability and easy operation.
